Privacy Policy — Velora Relief

Last updated: september 14 2026

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit velorarelief.co (the "Site"), why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.

If you have questions about anything here, email us at support@velorarelief.co.

1. Who we are

Velora Relief is an online store operated by Velorarelief, selling the Velora 3-in-1 Lumbar Massager directly to customers.

Contact: support@velorarelief.co

2. Information we collect

When you browse the Site, we automatically collect technical information about your visit: your IP address, browser and device type, time zone, which pages you view, how long you stay, what site or ad referred you, and how you interact with the page. This comes from cookies, log files, and tracking pixels.

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and payment details. Payment card numbers are handled directly by our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.

When you contact us or sign up for emails, we collect whatever you send us: your message, your email address, and your marketing preferences.

What we don't collect: we don't ask for health information, and we don't want it. Please don't send us details about medical conditions, diagnoses, or treatment. If you mention something health-related in a support email, we use it only to answer your question and we don't add it to any marketing profile.

3. How we use your information

  • To process, fulfill, and ship your order
  • To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications
  • To answer your questions and handle returns, refunds, and warranty claims
  • To screen orders for fraud
  • To measure how our ads and website perform, and improve them
  • To send marketing emails, if you've opted in
  • To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for four purposes:

  • Essential — keeping your cart working, processing checkout, keeping the Site secure. These can't be switched off.
  • Analytics — understanding which pages people visit and where they leave, so we can fix what isn't working.
  • Functional — remembering your preferences between visits.
  • Advertising — measuring whether our ads work, and showing our products to people who've visited before.

You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will break checkout.

5. Who we share your information with

We share information only with companies that help us run the store:

  • Shopify — hosts our store and processes orders. shopify.com/legal/privacy
  • Payment processors — Shopify Payments, PayPal, and the wallet providers shown at checkout, to take payment.
  • Shipping and fulfillment partners — to pick, pack, and deliver your order.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — we run ads on Meta platforms and use their advertising tools to measure results. facebook.com/privacy/policy
  • Google — for website analytics and advertising measurement. policies.google.com/privacy
  • Email service provider — to send order and marketing emails.

We also disclose information where the law requires it: a subpoena, court order, lawful request from authorities, or where we need to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising and analytics tools may count as "selling" or "sharing" under California and some other state privacy laws. You can opt out — see section 7.

6. Advertising choices

You can limit targeted advertising through these:

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser as an opt-out of sale and sharing.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you
  • Access a copy of it
  • Correct anything inaccurate
  • Delete it, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations
  • Opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising
  • Portability — receive your data in a usable format
  • Withdraw consent to marketing at any time
  • Non-discrimination — we won't charge you more or give you worse service for exercising these rights

To exercise any of them, email support@velorarelief.co with the subject line "Privacy Request." We'll respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity first, usually by confirming details from an order you placed. You can authorize someone to make a request on your behalf.

California residents: you have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We don't use sensitive personal information for anything beyond completing your order.

EU and UK residents: we process your information to perform our contract with you (your order) and for our legitimate interests in running and improving the business. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

8. Email marketing

If you opt in, we'll send you occasional emails about products and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and opting out takes effect immediately. Consent to marketing is never a condition of buying anything.

Order confirmations, shipping notifications, and support replies are transactional and will still be sent — these aren't marketing.

9. How long we keep your information

We keep order records for as long as we need them to handle returns, warranty claims, and accounting and tax obligations — generally seven years. Marketing contact information is kept until you unsubscribe. Website analytics data is kept in aggregated form.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we're legally required to keep part of it.

10. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the Site, and payment information is handled by PCI-compliant processors rather than stored by us. Access to customer data is limited to people who need it to do their job.

No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your information, we'll notify you as required by law.

11. Children

The Site and the product are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, email support@velorarelief.co and we'll delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change or the law requires. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be announced on the Site.
